How long does delivery take?
Free UK delivery on every order. We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 9–12 working days.
Returns
What if the light is not right for my home?
You have 14-day returns, whatever the reason — we pay return postage. There is no need to keep the original packaging.

What is the difference between warm and cool white?
Warm white gives a soft, amber glow that suits living rooms and bedrooms, while cool white is brighter and more neutral, better suited to kitchens and workspaces. Each product page shows which options are available.
